License agreement for JustAsk Copyright (c) 2000 JustAsk Ltd.

1. This license agreement contains important licensing information for the JustAsk (TM) software. This license agreement is a legal,binding contract. You MUST read and agree to ALL of this license agreement in order to use the software. Otherwise, you may not use or possess the software.
2. The "product" in this license agreement refers to the JustAsk software, including but not limited to the JustAsk content and any output files produced by the Justask software (such as the question&solution print preview output pages). "Us" or "We" in this agreement refers to JustAsk Ltd.
3. By using the product in any manner, you agree to be bound by this License agreement. The only allowed usage of this product is: - Viewing pages generated by this product through the interface of a standard web browser.
4. The product is Copyright (c) 2000 by JustAsk Ltd. All rights reserved. Unauthorized reproduction of both the software and the content prohibited. We do NOT claim copyright over the software parts used by the JustAsk application; the rights and responsibility for these remain with the original copyright holder. This referes to WebEq by Design Science and Cache by Intersystems Inc.
5. THIS PRODUCT IS SUPPLIED "AS IS". WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES SUFFERED BY LICENSEE (INLCUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF PRIVACY OR SECRECY) AS A RESULT OF USING THIS PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
6. THIS PRODUCT MAY NOT BE MODIFIED OR REVERSE ENGINEERED WITHOUT EXPRESS WRITTEN CONSENT OF JUSTASK  LTD. DERIVATIVE PRODUCTS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Note that this applies equally to the output pages produced by the JustAsk software.
7. YOU AGREE NOT TO SUBVERT OR ATTEMPT TO SUBVERT THE NORMAL MODE OF OPERATION OF THIS PRODUCT. This includes, but is not limited to attempting to access dynamic pages in the JustAsk site directly.
8. You agree that by using this software, you will comply with all relevant laws and all relevant contractual obligations, and that you agree to be solely responsible for any non-compliance.
9. The terms of this agreement shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law. In the case where enforcement to any degree is not permitted by law, only that portion of this agreement shall be affected.
