Troubleshoot Log in
3 Reasons why you fail to log in:


  1. You didn't enter the right user name and password (case sensitive).
    1. Go to the Forgot my password page and receive your password.

  2. You are using a browser/OS/platform which isn't supported by the site.
    1. Make sure your browser is included in the Supported browsers table (top panel).
    2. If not - please use the ones that are supported.

  3. Some of the required plugins aren't installed on your browser.
    1. Make sure all mandatory plugins listed in the Plugin table (top panel) are installed and running on your browser.
    2. If not - install them.



If all fails please send an EMail to JustAsk4u@barak.net.il and describe the problem as accurately as you can.
Don't forget to leave your EMail address and user account details (ie. user id and password).
